Adam studied architecture at London’s Royal College of Art, first moving into commercial work to act as a consultant for the Millennium Dome. He then helped to found Make (now called Freestate) the architecture and design practice, and developed new ways of combining an architectural training with powerful communication objectives. Adam has also continued his involvement in new architecture and planning ideas, writing and teaching courses for Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), as well as Leicester and Oxford universities.
